Piazza Flooring & Cabinetry is seeking experienced versatile tile setters, hardwood flooring installers and carpet installers. These positions represent the company on residential and commercial job sites and perform installations according to our standards for quality and service. We take pride in our customer service and craftsmanship. ​ Candidates must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. We are interested in candidates with the experience and job knowledge to make decisions and work independently through the installation process. We offer competitive pay commensurate to performance and experience. Excellent customer service skills are required to communicate with customers and answer questions. Qualifications include: Preferably 3 years of installation experience Attention to detail The ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. A valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record Stable work history including consistent attendance.

Salary Highly competitive hourly rate plus commission based on experience. Schedule Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm Qualifications Minimum 2 years of retail flooring sales experience Prior sales experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred Cabinet and countertop retail sales a plus Basic computer knowledge and skills. RFMS software experience preferred. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Full Job Description The Showroom Sales Associate/Manager is to meet with customers and talk knowledgeably about flooring and cabinetry selection and the lines that we carry in the store. Associates need to be able to make consistent sales, type up invoices and receive payments from customers. Associates will make appointments with customers to meet with the owner for cabinet & countertop sales. Associates will need to schedule appointments with the customers for the owner to go out and measure jobs. Associates may need to assist in home visits to do measurements.
